Gathered Goods Co. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your "gathered" finds! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.  
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimates and Undergarments (from our "Barely There" collection)
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
